Description of Proposal
A smart contract that can accept tokens then transfer a percent of them, over a duration, back to the originating account.
For this MVP this smart contract only accepts TLM tokens and upon receiving them sends back 1% per week of the entire balance held in the smart contract.
Each account can only fund it's own single pool, their transfers are independent of each other.
After it is proven usable and secure over two weeks, the keys will be revoked to WAX account: federation
