Description of Proposal
This proposal is to support the Eyeke Community Council Welcoming Committee in their efforts to define potential player audiences and create invitation and welcoming paths to connect them to Planet Eyeke in the Metaverse.
This proposal is for the materials for the postcard portion of a test to invite Comic Book Shop proprietors to the upcoming Comic Creators Workshops.
We will order and mail 250 postcards to Comic Book Shops. We will message via email or online form those 250 comic book shops plus another 250 comic book shops who did not get mailed the first postcard. We will track RSVPs to the workshops to compare and determine if it is worthwhile to mail postcards during our rollout.
We anticipate inviting more than 3,000 Comic Book Shops to the upcoming workshops if we have a positive signal from either invitation group.
The postcard printing is estimated at $55 and the postage at $127.50.
