Automated giveaways to increase social reach of Alien Worlds, facilitated through GiveaWAX

Problem:
Alien Worlds currently does not get enough engagement on Twitter to get noticed outside of WAX. Single Giveaways or Events can be a good driver for short term engagement, but tweets from Alien Worlds should ALWAYS get more attention to increase reach and bring in new players.

Solution:
Each time Alien Worlds sends a tweet, GiveaWAX will automatically create a giveaway and post it on https://giveawax.io/giveaways. Users can join the giveaway by following Alien Worlds on Twitter or by Retweeting and Commenting on the tweet, which triggered the giveaway.
As we will find giveaways from other projects here as well, the page will automatically have the same benefits as collab giveaways, which we see regularly on WAX. Whenever a project starts a giveaway, users are informed about it in their Discord and are likely to visit the GiveaWAX page. There they will find and join the Alien World giveaways, resulting in increased Twitter engagement for Alien Worlds.
In these giveaways users will win NFTs, which will be backed with TLM through another Smart Contract. With GiveaWAX, winners will receive their prizes automatically without requiring any manual action.

The way to implementation:
- Setting up a routine to check for new tweets from Alien Worlds every X minutes using Twitter API
- Expanding and adding features on the GiveaWAX Smart Contract
- Smart Contract, which allows us to create TLM backed NFTs
- NFT Artwork
- Setup a collection for the backed NFTs
- Setup a TLM fund to back NFTs with it
- Run a Backend Server
- Test the addition to the system & launch

This system will be up and running within 45 days after funding.

Funding:
To complete all the work, pay for upkeep as well as the TLM funds for backed tokens we will require 450,000 TLM of funding.
