Proposal for takeover of TLM Listing on TIP.CC

Willing to dox self to get tlm listed.
Requesting approval of the planet for the multisig holders of the wallet containing 80,000 TLM to fully release the funds in the following manner:
48,000 TLM to worm.gm
- to pay 750 usd listing fee
- worm.gm will swap the TLM to WAXP on alcor
- worm.gm will send the WAXP to MEXC to swap to USDC
- I will then pay the invoice using the USDC stablecoin on the blockchain requested by tipcc's founder oknu.
There will be some extra USDC after invoice payment.
worm.gm will swap the USDC to WAXP on MEXC.
worm.gm will swap the WAXP for TLM on Alcor.
worm.gm will send the TLM to discord Tipcc account (snip4861).
7,000 TLM to 5t14m.c.wam for the work involved in the listing
25,000 TLM to be returned to Planet Eyeke treasury.
