Description of Proposal
EOSUSA has agreed to produce a Mining report. This is a contribution towards support for the creation of that report. The report will include: # of accounts flagged # of TLM rewarded to flagged accounts # of accounts not flagged # of TLM rewarded to non-flagged accounts Plus, we will work towards having a snapshot report for each scenario, and plan to track monthly for the future. This report will be used for discussions in the community about pursuit of TLM acquired in violation of the Dacoco Terms of Service as an effort towards community resilience and ability for the community to be responsible for the game in the future. Thank you to EOSUSA for keeping this extremely valuable data, which is the likely the most accurate (and possibly only) Alien Worlds historical data set for access by the public/community. The players deserve the TLM they earned!
