This is the first proposal towards the establishment and management of a Recovery Account.

The Recovery Account will be established with logic to accept and redistribute Trilium recovered from bot accounts.

First, we will determine the most efficient and effective way of reallocating recovered Trilium to non-flagged miners.

Secondly, we will determine the scope and related costs involved.

Thirdly, we will support (as a planet o individually as players, as needed) the facilitation of the establishment and processes of redistribution of recovered Trilium.

Once established, we will begin to ask bot account owners to return Trilium to the recovery account.

Meanwhile, we will research recovery options through the legal systems in countries around the world for players who want to explore pursuing those options.
