will be enough to run the Syndicate Neri.
These TLM resources will need to move immediately to prevent potential malicious intent.
The first three Custodians to Approve this Proposal will be added to the account “neriholdings.”
The remaining 1 signee of this proposal will be added within 24 hours.
The permissions required to perform actions on this account will then require two-thirds of the account holders. These three account holders will manage these resources from this account.
