NFTs backed by silver and TLM for Engagement

"This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for funding to create Syndicate-specific NFTs backed by TLM and physical silver and then distribute those NFTs through planet-based events to landholders on that Planet. The purpose of these efforts is to increase regular engagement by AW players as well as better incentivize players to choose the lands (and therefore Syndicate) that have these greater rewards.

Once approved by a Council on a Syndicate, LD2 will mint two new NFT templates/schemas, one to be backed by TLM (using the Planetary art so seeking approval for that usage through this RFP) and one to be backed by LD2 physical-silver-backed tokens. The TLM provided through this RFP will be used for that NFT backing as well as purchasing the silver through the LD2 interface for the silver-backed NFTs. Those NFTs backed by TLM will be distributed to the landholders in anticipation of an example game (tentatively named Silver Mines) being placed on those lands. Within the game, those TLM-backed NFTs can serve as rewards and can be blended into the silver-backed NFTs, which can be redeemed for physical silver per LD2’s normal business practices. The TLM from the blending process can return to the landholders to be reused as rewards.


With all the technology to facilitate this RFP already fully built by LD2, within one month of Planet TLM transfer, landholders from that Planet will receive TLM-backed NFTs with the blending functionality also being available.
