Description of Proposal
Given the fact that Maxi and Adam have failed to communicate with the other custodians through the agreed-upon channels in accordance with the passed proposal, as well as the fact that they currently owe Neri funds (Neri proposal #632) combined with a disturbing proposal passed on Veles (#365) this week in which they remanded the entire planetary budget to themselves, they will not receive CWA this week. They are encouraged to reestablish communication with the other custodians.
