Description of Proposal
Custodians do work, and should be paid fairly for that work. However, current CWA is too high. CWA has gone up, but never down. As the planet treasury is reduced, it makes sense that custodians should be allocated no more than 10% of treasury funds. As such, CWA should be reduced to 10% of treasury funds, which is currently 46000 TLM.
